Our Pilates Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist and Nutritionist Claudia De Villiers will help you strengthen and tone your body. Improve your posture and learn body awareness with a programme tailor made just for you. When our bodies are strong and toned, we feel more confident. Claudia will guide and support you throughout your programme so you will be well on your way to having better health and feeling great.
